Illinois Fire & Safety Company Marketing and Website Development

Illinois Fire & Safety Company wanted to enhance their image, improve revenues and develop a formal marketing program.

Next Level’s first order of business was to conduct a Marketing & Sales Operation Review. This extensive analysis of their marketing, sales and customer service efforts yielded a great deal of information including problems, challenges and opportunities for the company.

Based on this information, Next Level worked with the owner to prioritize and implement needed internal changes. These changes included changes within the sales and management teams, improvements in sales tactics and the messages the company brought to the marketplace. A strategic Marketing Plan was developed.

The next step was to enhance the sales process within the company. Next Level people road along with the service team, shadowed the sales team on sales calls and talked with their customers directly.  The result was a list of areas of improvement and the identification of needed marketing materials and programs to support sales efforts.

From there, Next Level starting working on marketing materials and website supporting the company. These services included the website design and development of two websites - one for the company and a second for eCommerce activities. A new brochure for fire equipment training was developed along with a direct mail campaign to generate sales leads for this service. In addition, Next Level developed a series of sell sheets and a company folder to enhance the company's image and support the sales team.

Next Level continues to serve as the outside marketing department for Illinois Fire & Safety Company.
